Your membership application must be signed by two existing members of the club who have been full members for over 12 months; you must make sure that you sign the form in the appropriate place and complete each field of the form. There are membership envelopes behind the bar. Be sure that you include your membership payment. Forms received that are not fully completed or do not include fees cannot be processed.

Each application is reviewed by the committee, and a notice of application is posted on the wall with your name, proposer and seconder, for at least a week. Objections are addressed to the secretary and dealt with at the next scheduled committee meeting. Successful applications will be processed and left behind the bar ready for collection. The names of successful applicants will be posted in the club’s reception.
